Everything that governs a Worth the Drive On Tour mobile simulator event — deposits, cancellations, setup, safety, and liability.
These Rental Terms & Policies apply to Worth the Drive On Tour mobile simulator events.
A $100 deposit is required to reserve and secure the event date and time. Event dates are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received and confirmed by Worth the Drive Golf Studio.
The remaining balance is due upon arrival before the event begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing before the event.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event will result in forfeiture of the $100 deposit.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to additional charges related to staffing, travel, setup, and reserved equipment time.
Outdoor events are subject to weather and safety conditions. Worth the Drive Golf Studio reserves the right to delay, pause, reschedule, modify, or cancel setup or operation due to rain, lightning, excessive wind, unsafe ground conditions, or other safety concerns.
Rain-date rescheduling may be offered based on availability.
The mobile simulator enclosure requires approximately 15 feet wide by 18 feet deep of clear setup space.
Indoor events require a minimum ceiling height of 12 feet.
The event host is responsible for ensuring adequate and safe setup conditions before arrival.
A standard electrical outlet is required. The outlet or extension cord must be within 5 feet of the simulator enclosure setup area.
Worth the Drive Golf Studio is not responsible for interruptions caused by inadequate power supply, generator issues, or venue electrical problems.
Golf clubs, balls, and tees are provided.
Standard men's right-handed clubs are included by default. Left-handed, junior, and women's sets are available upon request.
Participants must be 6 years of age or older.
The renter/event host is responsible for guest supervision and making sure participants follow all safety instructions.
Alcohol is permitted only if allowed by the venue or event host. Alcohol is not permitted inside the simulator enclosure.
The renter/event host assumes responsibility for guests, participants, event attendees, and venue conditions during the rental period.
The renter/event host may be held financially responsible for damage caused by intentional misuse, reckless behavior, negligence, vandalism, theft, or unauthorized use of equipment.
By booking an event, the renter acknowledges that participation in golf simulator activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury from golf swings, ricocheting golf balls, slips, falls, equipment, electrical access, weather, and participant conduct.
The renter agrees to release and hold harmless Worth the Drive Golf Studio, its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and partners from claims arising from participation, event operation, venue conditions, or guest conduct.
Worth the Drive On Tour primarily serves Noble, LaGrange, Steuben, and DeKalb Counties.
Events outside those areas may be available and may require additional travel fees. Please contact Worth the Drive Golf Studio by email for a custom quote.
Worth the Drive Golf Studio may use photos or videos taken during events for promotional, website, social media, or marketing purposes unless the renter requests otherwise in writing before the event.
Worth the Drive Golf Studio reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time.
