FAQ & Policies

Everything you need to know about booking a mobile golf simulator event with Worth the Drive On Tour.

How much is the deposit?
A $100 deposit is required to reserve and secure your event date and time.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due at arrival before the event begins.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event will result in forfeiture of the $100 deposit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to additional charges related to staffing, travel, setup, and reserved equipment time.
What happens if weather is an issue?
Outdoor events are subject to weather and safety conditions. Worth the Drive may delay, pause, reschedule, modify, or cancel setup or operation due to rain, lightning, excessive wind, unsafe ground conditions, or other safety concerns. Rain-date rescheduling is allowed based on availability.
How much space is needed?
The mobile simulator enclosure requires approximately 15 feet wide by 18 feet deep of clear setup space.
What power is required?
A standard electrical outlet is required. The outlet or extension cord must be within 5 feet of the enclosure setup area.
Can the simulator be used indoors or outdoors?
Yes. The simulator can be used indoors or outdoors. Indoor events require a minimum ceiling height of 12 feet.
Are clubs, balls, and tees provided?
Yes. Clubs, balls, and tees are provided. Standard men's right-handed clubs are included. Left-handed, junior, and women's sets are available upon request.
Can kids participate?
Yes. Participants must be 6 years of age or older.
Is alcohol allowed?
Alcohol is allowed if permitted by the venue or event host. However, alcohol is not allowed inside the simulator enclosure.
What areas do you serve?
Worth the Drive On Tour serves Noble, LaGrange, Steuben, and DeKalb Counties. Events outside those areas may be available, but require a custom quote by email.
